Reiki I course is taught generally in one day weekend programme. All attunements are given. All the information and techniques are given in Reiki I manual. The topic covered include:

However, it is expected that you will practice once a week for several weeks in order to complete your mastery. This additional practice is necessary to gain experience and the confidence you need to fully utilize the Reiki training.
